Milo Premium unlocks exclusive features to enhance your dating experience. Below, you’ll find information on how to manage your subscription and resolve payment-related issues.
🔹 What is Milo Premium?
Milo Premium offers benefits such as:
- Unlimited Likes – Express interest without limits.
- See Who Likes You – Instantly view users who have liked your profile.
- Advanced Filters – Find matches based on specific preferences.
- Rewind Swipes – Undo your last swipe.
🔹 How to Subscribe to Milo Premium
To subscribe:
- Open the Milo App.
- Navigate to Settings > Milo Premium.
- Choose a subscription plan (weekly, monthly, or yearly).
- Complete the payment through Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
🔹 Managing Your Subscription
Your Milo Premium subscription is handled through your app store. To manage or cancel your subscription:
For iOS (Apple App Store):
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap Menu > Subscriptions.
- Select Milo+ and choose Cancel Subscription.
For Android (Google Play Store):
- Open Google Play Store.
- Tap Menu > Subscriptions.
- Select Milo+ and choose Cancel Subscription.
warningNote: Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel it through the app store to stop future payments.
🔹 Payment Issues & Refunds
If you experience billing issues:
- Check your app store’s payment method to ensure it’s up to date.
- Restart your device and retry the purchase.
- Contact Apple or Google support for billing-related inquiries, as payments are processed through their platforms.
Milo does not provide direct refunds. All refunds are handled by Apple App Store and Google Play Store based on their policies.
