Your Milo profile helps you make meaningful connections. Here’s how you can update your profile, adjust preferences, and resolve common account-related issues.
🔹 How to Update Your Profile
To make changes to your profile, follow these steps:
- Open the Milo App and log in to your account.
- Go to Your Profile: Tap on your profile picture in the bottom navigation bar.
- Edit Your Information: Tap the Edit Profile button to:
- Change your profile picture
- Update your bio and interests
- Add or remove profile prompts
- Save Changes: Your profile updates will be saved automatically.
warningNote: You cannot change your age directly in the app for security reasons. If you need corrections, contact [email protected].
🔹 Adjusting Your Preferences
You can customize your matching preferences by:
- Opening the Milo App.
- Going to Discovery Page
- Tapping the Preferences icon(tune) at the top right of the screen. :
- Relationship type: Choose between Flirt or Friendship.
- Age Range: Set your preferred age range.
- Countries: Select preferred locations for matches.
- Premium-only filters:
- Height range
- Zodiac Sign
- Smoking Consumption
- Alcohol Consumption
- Exercise habits
- Save Changes: Your profile updates will be saved automatically.
🔹 Troubleshooting Profile Issues
If you’re experiencing issues such as:
- Profile updates not saving
- Photos not uploading
- Settings not applying correctly
Try the following:
- ✅ Restart the app and check your internet connection.
- ✅ Ensure the app is updated to the latest version.
- ✅ Clear app cache (on Android) or reinstall the app.
